Accessing the Internet at high speeds has several positive effects on Internet usage resulting in higher connectivity and new sorts of services.
Due to better transparency today its possible to reach one's audience when they are searching online, while researching a product or service and when they are spending time online on activities like social networking or watching videos.
I'm expecting more new touch-points in 2008 due to an evolving digital landscape, just thinking of innovative messaging services...

Val d'Isère is known for its charming "chalet" architecture and the "l'Espace Killy", one of the largest ski areas in the world reaching from 1785 m–3599 m of altitude offering 300km of piste plus breathtaking off piste skiing.
This year's season started already with lot's of snow beyond 100 cm, the photo shows the center of Val d'Isere in Dec/2007as an amazingly quiet winter idyll covered in deep snow. Excellent precausions for the coming ski season, and of course an excellent photo.

Always a pleasure to visit Düsseldorf's picturesque green racecourse a few minutes away from here. It's just amazing to watch a live race experiencing how fast they can go. The difference from average starts with the saddle. Excellent shot!
This fantastic capture of the Tower of Macenas recently caught my interest because of its great atmosphere featuring the picturesque Tower of Macenas located in the middle of nowhere, well it's located at the Mediterranean coast of Spain near Almeria. Excellent shot, like in a movie.
Burj Dubai with 512 m the highest building on earth now and no ending in sight. It's said to grow beyond 700 m until 2008.

A wonderful place to relax after an exhausting drift dive on the Maldives. I'm wondering which of the 1,192 islets it might be. Meeru, Kani, Kurumba, Bandos, Paradise Island...
Well, in any case i think it's one of the 86 tourist resorts. Dreamy.

Mekka of surf innovation and reputed to be the windiest town in Europe: The high arts of kiteboarding today have less to do with surfing than with flying - Gibraltar isn't far away.
Absolutly amazing look from the top of Bellevarde towards the Manchet valley. On the right hand Charvet. La Face du Charvet looks south.

Maldives are famous for their short, but powerful sunsets. Just before the sun sinks in the ocean it's the best time to experience a beautiful colored spectacle. One minute later it's dark. An excellent shot!
Air 32°C, water 28°C, 60 m visibility underwater, blue sky, white sand, turquoise water, light breeze and riffled water. Just perfect to go for a dive to Fairy Tale Reef 45 min. by boat from Meeru Island to see the amazing overhangs.

Although diving extensively in tropical open waters I've never been lucky to meet a Sailfish. Reaching speeds of up to 68 m/h it's the fastest fish on the ocean, it's an exiting and extraordinary opportunity to shoot such a photo of a Sailfish with it's sail raised. I'm really jealous.
Flying with Emirates to a dive trip on the Maldives involves 9 h of pure flight time from Fankfurt/Germany to Male/Maldives and usually requires one stop in Dubai, well nothing special about that, usually it's clear sky and a hot sunny weather. The more I got surprised when I stumbled upon this amazing photo.
A single-masted sailing boat, taken from 220m above the sea level near Zakynthos, Ionian Islands, Greece, mmh... looks fantastic!
