Digital Communities - Düsseldorf Deploys WiMAX On it's way to a knowledge-based economy and to become one of the leading business regions in Europe North-Rhine Westphalia (NRW) launched one of the most ambitious inter-municipal e-Government projects in Europe. During the next few months Düsseldorf will become one of the first 13 communities worldwide to deploy a Digital Community solution based on WiMAX (Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access).
