Visitors spend less time on an eShop, but visit more pages
The usage of search functionalities is increasing
Still many visitors leave the site after placing their orders in the shopping cart
The bottleneck is still the shoppingCart-checkout-process
The average conversion rate is 4,6%

There is less time to catch a visitor's attention. Conversion rate increased thanks to improved processes during the last year, but according to my experience it's still pretty low. View full report
